Jesus-Grace Aina

Grace Aina is a music minister who from her early age was known to be a special gift and a great woman of God in the making. Ever since she could speak, Grace has been singing. She sang in school choir, christian band and church choir.

At a young age, she moved to London, England to be with her parents. There she put together a young people band known as “Glorious tomorrow“. They were invited to different places to minister. She later moved to the United States of America and immediately became a part of the school Choir in Sacramento, California. She made friends in the school choir and improved herself. Grace has been privileged to minister in Africa, Europe, and  America. She recently released an official music video of one of her songs “Jesus”.

Thank You for the cross

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Galatians 3:13-14.

He was hung on a tree for our salvation  so that we all can be redeemed. He wore the crown of thorns so that we can have the crown of Righteousness, the crown of victory. His nail-pierced hands for our success, His feet was pierced with nails so that we can walk in dominion, authority and power. His sides were pierced too! His BLOOD was shed on that cross to give us REDEMPTION,VICTORY,HEALING,DELIVERANCE,BLESSINGS…and much more. Why not take a moment to worship this glorious King who humbled himself to die the death of the cross for our sins.

Thank You Jesus for the cross.

Healthy Tuesday Tips!

Easter celebration is around the corner and there will be lots of dining. If you are making your own meals, preserve the nutrients and colors in vegetables by steaming or stir-frying. Choose oils like canola, olive, corn for cooking. Limit the use of salt and use more spices like thyme, ginger, rosemary, garlic, onion, cinnamon etc.

If dining out look over the menu options online before going out. Be deliberate when ordering, let your dishes include healthier selections from different food groups e.g low- or non-fat dairy, fruits, vegetables, lean meat. Ask for a side-salad instead of fries.

Remember these tips when dining out.

  • Choose smaller portions.
  • adine.jpgStick with foods that are broiled, grilled, baked or steamed.
  • Choose lower-calorie options
  • Order a small-sized option
  • Share a meal
  • Take part of the meal home.

Have a Happy Easter in advance!

Made a Way!

Enjoy this song by Travis Greene

God will make a way where there seems to be no way! Be encouraged, He’s got this!!

Lyrics:

Made a way
Don’t know how but you did it
Made a way
Standing here not knowing how will get through this test
But holding unto faith you know that
Nothing can catch you by surprise
You got this figured out and you’re watching us now
But when it looks as if we can’t win
You wrap us in your arm and step in
And everything we need you supply
You got this in control
And now we know that

You made a way
When our backs were against the wall
And it looked as if it was over
You made a way
And we’re standing here
Only because you made a way
You made a way

Now we’re here
Looking back on where we come from
Because of you and nothing we’ve got
To deserve the love and mercy you’ve shown
But your grace was strong enough to pick us up

And you made a way
When our backs were against the wall
And it looked as if it was over
You made a way
And we’re standing here
Only because you made a way [x2]

You move mountains
You cause walls to fall
With your power
You perform miracles
There is nothing that’s impossible
And we’re standing here
Only because you made a way

You made a way [x4]

Don’t know how but you did it
Made a way
Don’t know how but you did it
Made a way

Don’t know how but you did it [x4]

Don’t know why but I’m grateful [x4]

Don’t know how but I’m grateful

And we’re standing here
Only because you made
And we’re standing here
Only because you made a way
And we’re standing here
Only because you made

You move mountain [x4]

You cause walls to fall [x4]

You cause chains to break [x4]

Giants fall [x4]

‘Cos you move mountain
You move mountain
And everything is easy for you
‘Cos you move mountain
Yes you move mountain

Mountains are moving [x4]

Strong holds are breaking [x4]

‘Cos you move mountain
You cause walls to fall

With your power [x4]

You perform miracles [x4]
