Love is love and cannot be explained….In preparation for the Valentine’s Day, many stores, malls were filled with beautiful flowers and gifts for sale since the beginning of the month of February. I was at one of the stores this morning and most of those flowers, gifts, chocolates, greeting cards were gone!!! I saw many people, young and old, men and women buying gifts, flowers for their loved ones and I thought that if everyone treats each other EVERYDAY with love like it’s Valentine’s Day, then the world will be a much better place. Husbands and wives loving, caring and respecting each other, boys and girls, brothers and sisters, family members, the body of Christ as a whole, colleagues at work, everyone treating each other with mutual respect as with the saying that says “do unto others as you would want them to do to you” we would have a more loving world to live in.Love should be our lifestyle and not a day’s event, we should live in love everyday and at all times. That is what God wants from us and if you truly love your neighbor as yourself, not living in unforgiveness, resentments, malice, hatred etc, always manifesting the fruit of the Spirit, then you will have peace and live a very fulfilling life. So, what is love?
Love is kind
Love is patient
Love does not boast
Love is not proud
Love does not fail
Love heals
Love does not envy
Love does not keep records of wrongs.
Let’s live in love, true love and make this world a better place.
